I’ve taken my iPhones for my family a few times to this establishment and the work is amazing. Not only do you get a quick turnaround, the pricing you can’t beat. I will be recommending this company to friends and family. They have exceptional customer service. Roxanne and Thomas really went above and beyond for us. First time on line purchase from this store. Entire process was seamless. Product was in stock per thewebsite Notified by email about an hour after ordering that the battery was ready to pick up. Ready and waiting. Staff member friendly and efficient Great service

Friendly, helpful staff. I was able to successfully order a Duracell car battery online and pick it up at the store. An employee was kind enough to carry it out to my car for me. I checked the battery voltage before installing it and verified that it was fully charged :)

Actually, I give Batteries + Store #440 zero stars, they sold me a dead battery. This incompetence cost me double the drive distance and time. When I complained and asked for a consideration of the wasted time and trouble, (Who would imagine a battery store would sell dead batteries?) the manager, Roam, got rude and cursed at me. I took my old battery back, and got a refund. Batteries + #440 is not worth the trouble.
